Vault and automation tasks

Share classroom files and configure repeatable AI-supported tasks.

Classroom vault

The vault keeps course files and learning resources inside the active classroom. Instructors can upload, organize, describe, preview, and remove supported files. Students see the resources made available to their classroom.

Do not upload secrets, answer keys that should remain private, or unnecessary student data.

Automation tasks

Automation tasks run a configured prompt and action when a supported classroom event occurs. An instructor can create, edit, enable, disable, copy to another classroom, or delete a task.

Each task includes a name, trigger, action type, prompt template, and active status.

Review generated work

Automation assists the instructor; it does not replace review. Check generated summaries, communications, or analysis before using them in a consequential classroom decision.

Reuse

Copy a proven task to another classroom, then update the prompt for that course's profiles, metrics, and learning goals.
