Instructor overview

The end-to-end workflow for creating, running, and debriefing a SCALE classroom.

Before students join

  1. Create the classroom and choose a template.
  2. Review profile types, variables, metrics, prompts, and leaderboard settings.
  3. Select the access and billing mode.
  4. Import or invite the roster.
  5. Add relevant files to the classroom vault.

For each challenge

  1. Create the challenge manually or with AI assistance.
  2. Configure context, variables, schedule, missing-decision policy, and feedback release.
  3. Publish immediately or schedule the opening.
  4. Monitor submitted and missing decisions.
  5. Close the challenge and let results calculate.
  6. Review results and the instructor debrief.
  7. Release feedback and lead the class discussion.

After the round

Use dashboard trends, student drill-down, ledgers, result explanations, and multiple leaderboards to decide what the next challenge should reinforce.
